St.Joseph Have-A-Heart Auction Procurement Planning Meeting

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

This year's auction steering committee is excited to invite you to a Have A Heart Auction procurement meeting next Wednesday in the church library. ANYONE that is interested in helping with procurement (school families, grandparents, alumni, etc) is asked to attend. We've got great information to discuss regarding set-up of the procurement committee, last year's procurement results, and our church's planned participation in assisting with procurement this year!

Please join us, and bring any ideas that you'd like to share!

If you would prefer completing your auction hours prior to the auction night, and/or would like to be able to complete your hours from home, the procurement committee is a great fit! And PLEASE - don't be scared off at the idea of calling to ask for donations. We truly do have a working list of donors and businesses that are willing to donate every year. They just need us to write, call, or email them so that we can set up either a time to pickup any donated items, arrange with them to have things dropped off at the school, or arrange to have them mailed to the school.

The Have A Heart Auction is the largest fundraiser for our school. Our auction, besides being a super fun evening, averages between 400-450 attendees each year, and generates an average of between $100-125k that goes directly to our school. The success of our auction is one of the main reasons we can keep our tuition as low as possible! However, without procured items we have nothing to auction! So, you can see why this is one of our MOST IMPORTANT committees and we need your help!
